AI Simulator

See what ChatGPT says about your shop — before a driver does.

Mystery-shop ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity with the questions people actually type. Read the answer, who got recommended instead, and what the engine invented.

On-demand test drive

Same question a driver would ask. Four engines. One report.

AI Monitoring watches for drift. The Simulator is the mystery shop: you pick the query, you pick the engine, you read the verbatim answer.

Not a ranking dashboard

You get the text the model returned — including the shop it sent the driver to instead of yours.

Not a blended score

Live answers and content-readiness are separate modes. Compare them; don’t average them.

Tied to a shop, not a workspace dump

History, scores, and suggestions stay on the brand you selected.

Four Core AI Engines

One query. The engines drivers already use.

Each simulation targets a connected engine. Benchmarks use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

How it works

From a customer question to a scored answer

01

Pick the shop and the question

Use a brand-overview query, a competitor comparison, a pricing-style question, or paste a custom prompt — including ones from the prompt gallery.

02

Choose live, readiness, or both

Live answers asks the engine cold. Content readiness hands it your shop profile first. Both runs side by side so you can see the gap.

03

Read the answer the driver would get

Each run stores the response, whether you were mentioned, your position, competitor names, sentiment, and an accuracy score.

04

Fix the gaps, then re-run

Issues and suggested copy land on the same run. After you update the shop profile, run it again and compare the score.

Example run

“Best independent BMW shop near Oakland”

Illustrative. Your run shows the actual model text, plus mention, position, and issues — not a summary card pretending to be the answer.

What you get

The fields the product actually stores

Live vs. content-readiness

See the public answer today, the answer your content could support, and the delta between them — not a blended score.

Driver-style queries

Brand overview on Starter. Competitor and pricing-style queries on Pro. Custom prompts when you need a specific service or make.

Accuracy, not just mentions

Each response is scored on factual accuracy, completeness, clarity, and brand alignment — plus the issues the judge flagged.

Share of voice in the answer

Whether you were named, how early, how often, which competitors showed up, and the sentiment of the write-up.

Suggested fixes on the run

Pro workspaces get improvement suggestions with current vs. proposed copy, so the next simulation has something concrete to test.

History per shop

Runs stay scoped to the selected shop. Switching locations never mixes another shop's results into the view.

Start from a real driver prompt in the prompt gallery, or open the tool in the dashboard after signup.

Simulator vs. Monitoring

One asks on demand. The other watches for drift.

AI Simulator

Mystery-shop a query now

  • You choose the prompt and the engine
  • Live answer, content-readiness, or both
  • Accuracy score, issues, and suggested copy
  • History scoped to one shop

AI Monitoring

Catch changes after they ship

  • Tracks mentions across the same four engines
  • Flags hours, services, and listing drift
  • Routes a correction into the fix workflow
  • Alerts when an answer about your shop changes

Trust and Operations

Security your service manager never has to think about.

When AI represents your shop, the data behind it has to be locked down. The controls are in the product and documented for your team.

01

Security by default

TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, and row-level security for tenant isolation.
02

Access and accountability

Role-based access control, MFA, and audit logging for teams that need operational clarity.
03

Plain-language documentation

Security details, DPA terms, and subprocessor information are available before procurement asks.
04

Built for real operations

Support for multi-location workflows, shop-system alignment, and AI-facing brand accuracy.
